I found this intervention very helpful and don’t really want it to end! The transition programme was really helpful with lots of take outs and light bulb moments for the longer term.

The Senior Leader Accelerated Transition Programme worked really well. Having this two months after taking the post really helped me to feel part of the wider organisation and to build relationships with new peers, as well as provide reflection time and opportunities to practice and get feedback on my own style and brand. She managed the pace and engagement well, and her energy, enthusiasm and expertise ensured the development was fun, relevant and helpful.

When we needed to update and refresh our behavioural competencies for professional staff we chose to partner with MDV Consulting rather than a larger firm of business psychologists.  MDV worked hard to understand our business and how to gain consensus in a partnerial culture.  Having designed such frameworks in global big 4 firms we knew they could provide the technical rigour, but they also demonstrated a commercial pragmatism to our context and were easy to work with.  They’ve added real value.

Mike has designed and facilitated programmes for me over the past 8 years, at 3 different organisations and I have always been delighted. He always builds great rapport with delegates and makes sessions very engaging and enjoyable, whilst still managing to really push their learning.
