Melanie Long, a senior leadership assessment and development consultant joins MDV Consulting from 1 July 2019 as a Partner.
With over 18 years’ experience as an in-house and consulting business psychologist, Melanie brings deep expertise in talent, assessment and Diversity & Inclusion. She joins as a core member of MDV to advise on and deliver a range of assessment, leadership development and talent consulting solutions to clients across a variety of industries.
Melanie joins MDV Consulting from BP where she held several senior talent and assessment roles and previously to that, at Marks & Spencer. Before then, she also spent 11 years in a range of consulting and leadership roles at consultants and business psychologists, SHL and DDI where she worked with clients such as The Coca-Cola Company, Panasonic, EDF Energy, American Express and Smith & Nephew.
Melanie builds trust-based, lasting relationships with her clients to design and deliver a range of assessment, talent and leadership solutions, for employees and leaders at all levels. These include one to one and group-based assessment programmes, high-potential assessment and development programmes, team development interventions, women-led leadership programmes and global 360 feedback systems.
